to carry out a condominium access project, it is essential to prioritize the functioning and articulation strategies in order to ensure efficiency and longevity.  the concierge was positioned in the center of the project, allowing a separate flow of input and output. this configuration facilitates the attention of the concierge employee in access control and internal operation of the condominium. to provide better local visibility, we chose to raise the portaria. we created a porch that covers the entire perimeter of it, supported on large pillars away, providing shelter to waiting vehicles. the roof was built with reinforced concrete pillars and beams in metallic truss, with closure in composite aluminum plates. all accesses are made by electronic face recognition totem, reducing waiting time.

the modules were built with conventional masonry and later coated. the module of the concierge received coating in aluminum composite and this contains a work area, bathroom, pantry and storage. in the protected circulation of pedestrians, we add a large waiting bench for greater comfort. these areas are protected with laminated tempered glass and controlled by electronic totem. the support module was coated in black portuguese stone, creating a distinct volumetry of the access region. in this module are the employees area, general storage and garbage shelter. the landscaping completes the project with horizontal and vertical vegetation, providing a pleasant and lively environment.
