the house followed the condominium standards in its colors and design. the goal was to renovate the facade and back, with accompanying interior work in furniture and lighting.

following the couple's needs, we modified the main facade by expanding the vehicle shelter and providing protection for residents' access. the creation of a green area at the back of the house, essentially a backyard, was necessary to ensure comfort, spaciousness, and ventilation, considering the location of the property.

anticipating future renovations in neighboring lots, we strategically reduced the vehicle shelter by 50cm to avoid the feeling of 'semi-detached houses,' which is very common in this type of housing complex. this solution emphasized the lightness of the roof, which, in its horizontality as a volume, rests on two recessed walls of gray miracema.

the proposal for this project followed the principles of acupuncture in investment and modification of the existing object.​
