our involvement was requested by the clients with the construction already in progress, due to several misconceptions identified during the construction process. the house’s program includes all essential spaces: a living room integrated with the kitchen, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere, a bedroom, a social bathroom, a tv room and the master suite.

one of the highlights is the living space in the back of the house, the outdoor leisure. we use black portuguese stone on the wall, which turns into a beautiful panel, providing an enchanting view for those who enter the living room and kitchen. the view from this space adds a special touch to the house, creating an intimate link between residents and the external environment.

the light and white tones present in the house bring a sense of space and brightness. the careful use of wood-carpentry, still in production, will add the necessary elegance. lighting, whether natural or artificial, enhances each space, highlighting details and creating an engaging atmosphere.
