nove-é house
the house was initially designed for a complete renovation, but throughout the process, interventions focused on the facade and some internal points, such as the home office. for the project, we used construction techniques that allowed to take the coverage almost to the edge of the facade, ensuring protection under vehicles against natural conditions.
we created two pillars apart, with a structure in metallic truss filled with eps, which gave the feeling of a wider facade and a horizontal architectural volume, aligned to our goals. to integrate the house into the land and ensure privacy through landscaping, we opted for high vegetation, creating a contrast between the Atlantic forest and the white and concrete volumes of the residence.
between the floors, we used a hollow floor with grass insert, reinforcing the connection with nature and reducing the feeling of a conventional condominium house. we extend the landscaping around the residence, providing open environments such as the home office, a fluid view without visual limits, and valuing both internal materiality and external aesthetic choices.
